In 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic, I decided to retire and move back to Mankato. I bought a house with a large sunroom, which had hooks in the ceiling, so instead of buying plant hangers, I decided to learn how to make them. I've always loved to do crafts, including sewing, quilting, knitting and crochet, so learning macrame was just the next level. It's really amazing how many different items you can create with macrame! Since then, I've opened an Etsy Shop (My Name Is Knot), and I've also started selling my creations at craft shows.
