Beginning Knitting, 4 Session Course

 Nicole invites you down to the makerspace for the this  fun introduction course for beginner knitters, to get some one on one instruction and help. This Class will be for the curious, new explorers of ("What are these stick things?!) and great refresher for some who have just fallen out of the habit of knitting 

max class size: 6

Age: 10 and up

1 ticket  gets you all 4 sessions (Saturdays March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th 12:30- 2:30pm)

In the first class (march 7th)  You will: have a little yarn tasting, talk about gauges, knitting needles, and go over how to read a knitting pattern, etc. (Please,  *DO NOT* purchase materials until *after* the first class.)

Beginner Knitters will learn: Cast on, Knit, Purl, and Bind off switches during this course. 

The following sessions Nicole will aid you in making a custom scarf . 

Students will need: worsted weight yarn, needless, tapestry needle and scissors. 

Nicole has been honing her knitting and crocheting abilities for years and she's excited to share her knowledge with you!
