In this class we will be digging and processing Horseradish roots. And, everybody gets to take some home!! It's all hands on deck for this adventure, wear outside clothes, bring a spade,and a container for finished product, we'll take care of the rest. Warning; sometimes the gasses released by Horseradish processing can be very strong and irritating for eyes, nose, skin, and lungs, Be prepared. Makerspace will provide vinegar,shovels, and processing equipment.
