Sewing machines can be intimidating at first! Bring in your sewing machine and get an orientation to what it can do and how it does it. We will do a review of all the buttons, levers, moving parts, and items related to using a basic home sewing machine. Class size limited for individual attention.

Things to bring:
- Sewing machine
- manual (if you can't find it (search online with the brand and model number, for example Singer 19950)
- all accessories you have (feet, needles, bobbins, power cord)
- 1/4 yard of cotton fabric to practice on
- thread
- optional - soft drink in a closed container
