Spring Time Watercolor

A walkthrough of a variety of beginner watercolor techniques and textures as you paint a pre-drawn Spring scene.

These classes are geared toward ages 6-12. older kids are welcome as well as long as they are mindful of the young ones in the class

You can drop off the kiddos while you go run errands or take a well-deserved "parent break" (classes are 1 1/2 hours). You can also stay if you wish to help your youngsters, if you feel they might need it.

We have been having so much interest in our kids' classes the last couple of months that we are now starting to do waitlists for our classes once they fill up, so please get in touch with us if you need to cancel so we can get ahold of the next person. We have 4 tickets that are FREE for low-income families,  provided by grant funding. Please use them responsibly

About the Instructor:

Ashley Siehler

Ashley is a self-taught artist living in Minnesota with a fancy for the whimsical and vibrant. She runs her own small business, "Coyote and Bee Studio," where she has been making and selling art as a hobby for seven years, and professionally for the last two years. She has taught creative classes in Mankato at the Union Markets and is a very patient and kind instructor. She specializes in ink, marker, gouache, and the occasional watercolor. If the critter lives in your backyard, chances are she has drawn it or will draw it.
