About the event

Leif is a master woodworker as well as a wonderful and supportive papa to his two children who are on the autism spectrum. He wants there to be more oportuinty for young autistic kids to get some hands on experiences with common tools such as screw drills, hammer, hand saw and more.  This is a short half hour class to just get a feel for using these tools, not necessarily making any particular project.  Parents are encouraged to stick around and participate.

This programing is being partly funded by Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council to help make these classes as affordable as possible. We have 6 tickets set at $15 and then an additional 4 tickets that are Free scholarship, because everyone could use a helping hand from time to time, so don't worry about, it we got you.
