Service Description

Learn traditional basketry weaving techniques by making a small basket by using pre-soaked willow, cane and ash splints. The reeds will be worked with wet, so make sure that you wear clothing that you don't mind getting a little damp. Jake Fee is a skilled and talented teacher at Minnesota New Country School in Henderson. He has also taught at the American Swedish Institute and North House Folk School and the Arts Center of Saint Peter, and Mankato Community Education.
