Ceramics: Date Night Full Package

Service Description

This will be a fun night with your special someone! Each person will have the opportunity to play with clay on the throwing wheel. Dustin will walk you through the "how-to" of making your project. Ideally, you will make 1-3 pieces per person on the throwing wheel and then he will have you pick what glaze you would like for your projects. The rest of the process is taken care of for you! ONE Ticket covers you AND your sweetie! NO NEED TO COME BACK TO FINISH YOUR PROJECT! PICK IT UP ONCE ITS BEEN GLAZE FIRED! So ceramics has to go through a number of processes: Wet work- (what you will do) Drying to a certain hardness Trimming Bisque firing Glazing Glaze firing SO INSTEAD OF PAYING FOR ADDITIONAL CLASSES AND COMING IN MULTIPLE TIMES TO DO THOSE PROCESSES, DUSTIN - (YOUR INSTRUCTOR) WILL FINISH YOUR PROJECT FOR YOU. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS COME BACK TO PICK IT UP IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS AFTER FIRING IS COMPLETE! That being said, because there is so many processes in ceramics, there are many opportunities where things can go wrong, but rest assured Dustin has contingencies if anything happens and he will supply you with a beautiful piece at the end of the process regardless.
